Yes you can if the these addresses are reachable though out the
internetwork.
Example:
e0: 172.16.1.1 255.255.255.0
s0: 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
from the router you are telneting from you should have 172.16.1.0/24 and
192.168.1.0/24 in your routing table. Hope this would help.
