The 1750 is a lot of overkill for a home office. However, assuming that
you already have those deployed, I'd go with the router-to-PIX setup. This
way, the client doesn't have to worry about initiating the session and you
don't have to worry about anyone screwing with the settings on the VPN client.

Example configs can be found on Cisco's site.
