instead of denying or permitting each route, why not just use route tags?

route-map eigrp2ospf deny 10
match tag 22
route-map eigrp2ospf permit 20
set tag 11

route-map ospf2eigrp deny 10
match tag 11
route-map osof2eigrp permit 20
set tag 22
