Manny,
You cannot use ACL to block ospf traffice or hello won't pass thru and
thus adjancency will not be formed. What exactly doesn't work? with
ospf demand-circuit, the isdn line keep up? Or dialer watch didn't
switch to bri interface when watched route is not in routing table?
can you post configs?
