David and David,

I'm running into the same issue. I've got DL380 G2 1.266 HZ processor, 1GB
RAM, 2 18.2GB SCSI HD.

The Cisco website refers to the box as being a valid CCM platform, but the
Spherion (sp?) install crashes after disk 4 with the blue screen of death on
the Windows 2000, 'inaccessible boot device'

I've updated the bios and am still unable to get around the problem using
3.12(c) CCM software.

I personally feel the problem is with the Smart Array 5i not being
recognized by Spherion. I'm looking into getting 3.2 CCM software and hope
they've got a good Spherion load.

I'll update you on my progess. I got a call into TAC about this same issue
also.

V/R,
Praveen
