Brian,
   I had to do this with my LS100. Opened a case with Cisco TAC and the PW
recovery was very cryptic...nothing like any other Cisco product. The
password to open it was like Kt43i*22&.... Something like that (that's not
it, just an example). If you have a blanket smartnet contract in your
company (the company I worked for did at the time) TAC will get you going in
no time. Hope that helps.
