how about using ebgp multihop

for example :
if you neigbor with your provider using loopbacks (instead of the next hop ip
address) then your provider will see the summary via the two links ..and you
will also load balance over the two links ..and cisco will do the load
balancing for you depending on the switching you have configured.....
