Harish is correct of course. If you use update-source loopback 0 for
your IBGP peers that's fine - but you need to make sure the loopback
addresses are reachable (i.e. in the routing tables) so you can peer
with each other. If they are not you will need to get them in your
routing table (redistribution, network statements, statics, etc).
