Cisco Press does not publish it, Cisco does it directly as a part number.
Here is the info for 12.2.
DOC-SRIOS12.2= Cisco IOS Release 12.2 Documentation Set A $2,400
(LIST)
Of course, this is for the whole set, you can buy them individually, at
prices anywhere from $25 to $100 list
Now, if you work for a big company that purchases a lot of gear, usually you
can specify in the contract that you want a free bundle or two and they are
usually glad to include it for free or at a greatly discounted rate.
Or, if you are on good terms with your Cisco SE or Account Manager, maybe
you can ask if they have an extras that you could get.
Finally, you can find the whole bundle for a very cheap price on e-bay. The
funny part is, the whole bundle is so extensive and so heavy that you may
end up paying a fortune in shipping!

I have the old fat white 11.3 command reference. Big as a phone book. I know
you can look online, but I am interested in having a hardcopy. Does Cisco
still print these for 12.0 or 12.1? I searched through Cisco press a little
and did not come across anything.
