You will definitely want to use LLQ. Everything you need should be right
here. You might some different access-lists depending on what protocol and
port number the lucent box uses for its VoIP traffic.

If you use any links lower than 768 kbps you need to look into using the
link fragmention and interleaving. It is also discussed in that document.
