Hi,
I don't understand solution provided by the author.
How is setting metric to a certain value going to make one path to be
preferred over another in situation when we are multihomed? Metric is
nontransitive, so other ISP will not see it and obviously can't use it in
decision making process.
In my opinion the only correct solution for this task is to prepend
as-path.
Anyone agrees or disagrees ?
