OT: AS5350 T1/E1 question

Hi Folks,
I've heard that you can actually take a 8 port T1 module and do a firmware
upgrade to convert it into a 8 port E1 module on an AS5350/AS5400
router. Can anyone confirm if this is true or not? Thanks.
