summary-address is for redistributing non-ospf routes into ospf, so that's
not going to do you any good. Redistribute connected in area 0 no longer
generate external route since 12.1, so that's pretty much out as well. You
can either create a second ospf process and redistribute it into the first
ospf process so you can use summarize-address, or you can create another
ospf area and use area range command to summarize whatever routes you want
to send into igrp domain.
hope this help.
