There's an example mentioned in Cisco Packetized Voice & Data Integration pg
87 mentioned that you can use the bandwidth command to raise the bar and
adjust the interface-kbps and single-flow-kbps accordingly. However, the
author also warns "This workaround can have serious effects on other aspects
of the network. Specifically, routing protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP use
the link's bandwidth to determine optimal routing paths...."
