SVC's with CLIP

I have CLIP set up over atm, and with it you don't have to specify an svc,
they are created dynamically. When using svc's without CLIP, within the svc
you can define an idle timeout. Does anyone know if there is a way to set
the timeout of an svc created by CLIP? Is there a global command that does
this? Thanks.
