Yes it is region based, spids where they are supposed to be and non where
they are not.

Hi Everyone
     Just a quick question on the ISDN in the LAB. Is it region based. I.E.
if you take the lab in Europe where we don't has SPID's are you going to
get SPID's on the equipment ?
