Frame Relay PVC status

I can think of two ways to track the status of an individual FR PVC. Does anyon
e know of another way? I'd like to track when one PVC goes down but the interfa
ce and some PVCs stay up.

1) Show frame pvc #
compare "last time pvc status changed" counter to "pvc create time" counter
2) logging buffer 8192 and debug frame events
