I had read something that stated if you had the latest or a certain boot
rom, that the router acting as a FR switch would actually respond to
traffic shaping commands/arguments.

Hello friends,
Does framerelay traffic shapping work without a frame-relay switch
providing fecn or becn. If I have a central office with 7200 router with a
T1 and several remote offices connected to me each with a T1, can I use
frame-relay traffic shapping on the central router to limit bandwidth
allocated to the remote sites without a framerelay switch in the middle
providing the traffic shaping?
Thanks guys.
