Chris: I see that there are two copies for sale on e-bay for approx
$100. The picture accompanying the offers are misleading in that the
workbook is a single volume, not four volumes.

Version 2 of the ECP-1 exercises was updated in July-Aug, 2001 to
reflect lab changes but these copies seem older in that they still
contain the troubleshooting section which is not part of the 1-day lab.
The techniques for taking the lab will not be found in the workbook.
These were presented in the ECP-1 course by the instructor and were
based on the techniques in the Caslow/Pavlichenko book. The labs in the
ECP-1 workbooks are still useful but are dated and have no support for
answering questions from the authors. (I'd recommend you go thru the
FatKid labs for free.)

The replacement is the RS-NMC-1 course workbook which is oriented to the
current one-day lab. The RS-NMC-1 workbook also contains a final
one-day lab exercise. These are not for sale by NetMasterClass
independent of taking the course.

ion 2.0, for CCIE lab? I see a lot of sales on this and wondering if it's worth
it. I have heard a lot of comments about the famous instructors like Caslow. B
ut what about the material itself and is it updated for the one-day labs. Does
it introduce techniques that are useful it the lab?
