I belive you would call this PC/Server "Dual Homed".

Redundancy through dual NIC's. Example - NIC Port A to Switch A. NIC Port B
to Switch B.

PC/Server can have a Virtual IP or Hard IP's - lot of variables come into
play here.

Example - Can be based on the: Operating System, Vendor Brand, Hardware
Level, etc., etc...
