are these two commands the same :

dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 140.4.6.1 lf 1500 keepalive 0 timeout 90 dynamic
dmac-output-list 700
access-list 700 permit 1111.2222.3333 0000.0000.0000

dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 140.4.6.1 lf 1500 keepalive 0 timeout 90 dynamic
dest-mac 1111.2222.3333

Please confirm. on this :

from the CCO i have got :

dmac-output-list :
If the dynamic keyword is also specified, the TCP connection is
established only when the explorer frame passes the specified access list

dest-mac :
If the dynamic keyword is also specified, the TCP connection is
established only when there is an explorer frame destined for the specified
MAC address.

Are these commands the same or i am overthinking...
