Someone was asking earlier today, about the break key sequence and the
up/down arrows no working in HyperTerm and the reply to him was to patch
HyperTerm. It was good advice, but I am curious if Cisco has patched it on
the lab workstations? I don't know if someone can or should answer that. If
they haven't then you need to know how to work with what you have.
Here are some break sequences that I have found to work (most of the time)
with NT, 98, and XP.
ctrl-break
ctrl-shift-6 then b
ctrl-F6-Break
Also if the up/down arrows don't work then use;
ctrl p - up
ctrl n - down
ctrl a - move curser to beginning of line
ctrl e - mover curser to end of line
ctrl r - repaint line
Here is a link on TAC for the break key sequences
