Hey Harold, thats cool I hadn't heard about the Practice Guide, but your
e-mail was informative. About how much is the book. Has anyone here used
that book and taken the lab. Can anyone give some incite as to the
usefulness of it for the lab?

Know what, I just noticed that Jason was asking about the Study guide, not
the Practice Guide. I have the practice guide, and that's the book I was
referring to. I've heard of the study guide, but never checked it out. Sorry
'bout that!
Hal

I think that book isn't a very good book. They clumped alot of information
into this book but there is probably very little that will give you a
concise understanding of the technolgies that will be tested in the lab. To
me all they did was take RFCs and tech docs for all the technologies on the
test, reformatted them and put them in a book.

Has anyone gone through the labs in the McGraw Hill "All In One CCIE Lab
Study Guide". The book is second edition and written by Steve Hutnik and
Mike Satterlee. I'm going to start doing the labs and would like to know if
anyone has run into errors or anything else I should be aware of.
Thanks,
Jason Wydra
