If you want to make the router-id's the same just use the command
"router-id x.x.x.x" for ospf and "bgp router-id x.x.x.x" for bgp

OSPF gets its Router ID from an active interface at the time you enable
OSPF, so you would just make another loopback with a higher IP and then
enable BGP
BGP should grab that and use that as its Router ID, while OSPF would
still
use the old one
once you power the router down however, i believe they both will have
the
same router id again...i may be wrong about this...
