Here are some IPSec :

For the theory read this :

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios121/121cgcr/secu
r_c/scprt4/scdipsec.htm

For some basic labs checkout :

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/30.html

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/ipsec_gre.shtml

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/dlsw.shtml

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/33.shtml

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/ipsecgrenat.html

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/ios_hub-spoke.html

Remember : Tunnel + IPSec = VPN.
If u have not done tunnel then look at that before doing these. And if ur
finish with this then u should be comfortable with VPN for atleast R/S lab.
