I may be wrong but I don't think IP phones would come up without the
presence of a MCS (Media Convergence Server) because the MCS deals with the
initial connection of call throughout skinny and then it's all RTP from
there, but as I said that's my vague knowledge.
Would some one care to enlighten us here?
