This is a real-life question, not a lab senario.

You have 3 BRIs coming into a building and then split off to 4 different
jacks throughout the office and you are using the BRIs for Video
conferencing (384k). The VC gear and NT1 is on a cart that rolls from room
to room and plugs into the 3 jacks for ISDN connectivity. You want to use
these same 3 BRIs for DDR backup of an existing T1 that goes back to the
Core site.

Because ISDN brings up layer 2 and keeps it up (show ISDN stat), there is no
way that you can have the router and the VC gear plugged in at the same
time. What solution do any of you have for this? I'm thinking Adtran
(please don't hate me) 550 is the box to use. Anyone have a cheaper
solution? ...Multiport NT1? Would that work? Anyone... Thanks for your
input.
