You could also sign up for the Consultant programme which will
give you a CCO login (though very restricted), then just have them
add the CCIE flag to your consultant login.

If you took your test after 1 October 2001, how did you
do the registration signin at the beginning of the test, as
that is keyed on CCO login as well as your candidate ID?
