Many thanks to all the people who helped. My situation is
1. Super Engine II
2. Use normal console (roll over) cable
3. It worked fine last week. Same PC, same console cable.
4. Now the console shows nothing, no reaction when press any key.

Are you using a straight through cable or a Cisco console cable?
