Hi, all

This is an question not related directly to ccie lab.

I was looking for a packet generator software to for testing in the lab.
The primary requirement is that it should generate ip, tcp, udp packets.
user should be able to modify any fields in the packet to simulate
application
level protocols, for example, set IP protocol num, tcp ports,etc.

The ideal platform is windows, solaris is also fine. would prefer free/share
ware
Any suggestion,
