I think the prefix-list discussed here is similar to the distribute list.
I'm not aware of there are any commands you can use to filter incoming LSAs.
There are "ip ospf database-filter" and "neighbor database-filter" commands
can be used to block outgoing LSAs, I'd love to see some examples that those
commands are used.
