Can you do an inbound filter like you can in OSPF to prevent the route from
being installed in the routing table?

I ran into this just a couple fo nights
ago. NLSP is a link-state protocol just
like IS-IS, and in neither case can you
filter routes between peers. Your
opportunity to filter when using NLSP is
when you're redistributing into NLSP from
either RIP or EIGRP. Once a SAP or RIP
update has entered NLSP, you're pretty much
stuck with it.
