When working with PPP, always put PPP <command> on both interfaces physical
and logical,because when your connection comes up it will negotiate the ppp
parameters with the physical first then been bound to the logical one, so
PPP chap, multilink ppp callback....etc on both interfaces, espcailly on the
called party.
