Simple snapshot questions:

1- Can you explain the "dialer" optional keyword please? I can't understand
it from Caslow :(
2- How can you explain the following output? I'm totally confused. BRI0 is
up, line protocol is up, while Snapshot client is down. And there are ZERO
active calls! How come the Current State is Active?

r5#
r5#sh snap
BRI0 is up, line protocol is upSnapshot client line state down
Length of active period: 5 minutes
Length of quiet period: 8 minutes
Length of retry period: 8 minutes
Current state: active, remaining/exchange time: 1/0 minutes
