Which 2600 are you running? Last time I looked, you could only do .1q
trunking on 10/100 interfaces, although I heard a rumor that a future
revision of IOS might allow trunking on 10Mbit only for the 2600.

Can anyone tell me what the software version I need on my 2600 to allow
me to do dot1q trunking. Currently running c2600-js-mz.120-21a.bin
which only gives me the option of using ISL, SDE or TRISL. My router
has 32/8 mem and flash....many thanx in advance........
