Steve: My impression on this requirement is that traffic should only be
sent on the specified DLCIs. When you use the show frame pvc command
you should see all DLCI's provided by the switch but there will only be
non-zero packet counts on the specified DLCI. Turning off inverse-arp
and clearing counters should give this result if the rest of the
configuration is correct.
