I tried this and it didn't help. The problem was that I
misunderstood the syntax of the NLSP distribute lists. They
are backward compared to the IP distribute lists.
IIRC, the ipx nlsp sap off and rip off commands are for serial
interfaces or for LAN interfaces where there are no hosts that
need RIP/SAP updates. I'll have to research that to make sure.
