USING Token Ring Virtual Interfaces for all TR scenarios-possible ?

Hi !

We have TR routers but no hubs/MAU'S/CAU's and given the fact that TR is on its
 way out from the labs ,can anyone advise if they have any experience in using
TR virtual interfaces to do all the TR scenarios

viz: translational briding , srb , rsrb , dlsw +,etc.

Any suggestions/comments would be most appreciated ..
