4700 Series Router default to 16 mb of ram, 4 mb of shared memory and 4
mb of flash memory.

4700 series router are expandable to 32 mb of ram if the original 4700
or 64 mb of ram if the newer 4700M model.
Flash is expandable to 16 mb and shared memory is also expandable to 16
mb.

Sup 3 will have 32 mb of ram which is expandable to 64 mb of ram.
Flash is available either in 8, 16 or 20 mb flash pcmcia cards for the
sup 3.

The rsm supports up to 128 mb of ram max with other configurations
including 32 and 64.
BTW the RSM is really a 7507 RSP2 card that was used for the catalyst
5500 family.
The flash for the IOS is again on PCMCIA cards in either 8, 16 or 20
sizes.

The bootflash simm for the sup 3 and rsm is ususally 4 mb or 8 mb in
size.

Hope this helps.

I think more importantly what IOS/OS are you hoping to use since the
minimum will most likely not allow you to download a recent or more
feature rich image.
