netbios access-list host blockhost permit ABC?123

netbios access-list host blockhost permit ABC*123
netbios access-list host blockhost deny *

And on the interface:

Int x
Netbios input-access-filter host blockhost (or netbios output-access-filter
host blockhost)

It depends if you want to block the traffic in or out which will depend on
your toplogy.
