connected to an abr. refer to the picture on page 483 of doyle volume 1 if

In general, if a router happens to be both NSSA ABR and NSSA ASBR then it
will not do type 7 to type 5 translation to avoid loop. I think either "show
ip ospf" or "show ip ospf database router" will display the info you are
looking for.
