Todd,

I had a similar problem, I contacted Cisco after reloading different images
and using operational flash and memory. You raise a concern with me because
I was told that the problem was my ROM, it appears that you have valid ROM.
I see the same error in my 2522 routers, I will let you know what happens
with the new ROM once I install it this weekend. You may have to try
changing your flash or buying a contract so you can get it replaced...
