Hi all,
I was doing OSPF md5 authentication over a Frame Relay network. I discovered
that I could not get it to work if I had a combination of frame relay serial
interfaces and sub-interfaces in the network. I had to use all sub-interfaces
or all regular interfaces.
When I tried to use sub-interfaces on the hub and regular interfaces on the
spokes, I lost my adjacencies when the OSPF dead timer expired and they never
came back up.
Has anyone else noticed this? Just want to check my sanity level here. :-)
