Caslow's book pg. 261 shows an example of a PVC configuration on a
LightStream 1010.
Here is what he shows as an example:

interface ATM1/1/2
no keepalive
atm pvc 1 140 interface ATM1/1/1 0 140
atm pvc 1 60 interface ATM1/1/1 0 60

I would think you would have to reflect this on the other interface
ATM1/1/1, but I don't know for sure I've never done it. I'm using a Fore
systems switch.
