the difference point RIP/IGRP with mask /24

hi all,

when i use routing protocol(OSPF,RIP,IGRP),

R1-----------R2----------------------R3
   OSPF IGRP or RIP mask/24

if i use RIP between R2 and R3,
the R3 has OSPF's loopback network with mask /32.

but, if when i use IGRP between R2 and R3,
R3 dose not have the OSPF's loopback network
with mask /32

ie, can ospf's /32 mask go to the rip's serial network
with mask /24.

i think only /24 mask's network can go to the
rip's serial network.

am i correct?
