Hi

Does anyone know if you can set up an access list to prevent certain snmptraps
leaving a router? I have a situation whereby thousands of traps are being sent
on a monthly basis whenever anyone logs in and out of the router. The trap co
ncerned is "ciscotcpConnectionClose". Is it possible to prevent a specific tra
p leaving?

Anyone have any ideas on how best to stop this trap leaving the router? I need
to allow most other traps out to my management station.

Thanks in advance

Kevin
