Hi Dan,
I have found it depends on the interface hardware. I can see the
clockrate via the "show controller" command when the hardware is a nm-4t
or a PA-8T. Both the WIC-1T and WIC-2T don't appear to support this
feature. Not sure if it is a hw limitation or a driver issue Cisco will
eventually get around to upgrading. Hope this helps...

I can't see it either, on my 2500s, 2600s, 1600s, or 3640s.
I am running various codes ranging from 11.3 to 12.2.
