GW is where POTS and VOIP area internetworked. You can have static mapping
of Dialed number and its associated VoIP destination on GW. You will run
out of capacity on dialpeers. Better solution is GK. You configure GW to
consult GK for called # to VoiP destination resolution by "session target
RAS". You can have static mapping and RAS at the same time. There are
several good docs on the CCO for details.
