What a suggestion! I bet everyone in this study group knows CCIE written
is not a cert by Cisco. The reason why people put it after their names is
to let others know what their current status is in pursuing CCIE.
Personally, I don't think even after you've got the CCIE number means you
are the expert in R&S. It's just self-achievement and recogniztion of your
hard work. And it's part of your milestone in your life. Do you think you
are a know-all of Cisco technology after you become a CCIE? No one dares
to say it. Again, this study group should function as a family and help
one another out in pursuing knowledge, instead of being picky and mean to
some people.

I suggest you idiots visit Cisco's web site. CCIE written is not a Cisco
certification... neither is CCIE lab candidate. The fact that you put
either of these after your name show you are either too ignorant and don't
understand this or you're so obsessed with putting letters after your name
that you don't care. Either way you make yourself look lame. How about
you
pass the lab, earn the cert, and then put CCIE #xxxx after your name as
officially sanctioned by Cisco. Until then stop posing!
