Balance means using the twisted pair whcih has 120Ohms [Impedance] on the
copper pair. One Pair for Transmit and One Pair for Receive.
Unbalance is using Co-Axial cable with 75Ohms [Impedance] on the cable. One
for the transmit and one for the Receive.
